CurrentI have the great pleasure of leading a team of customer obsessed, Solution Managers, who oversee all of the tools and applications that Microsoft employees and managers use to ensure their personal and employment data is captured accurately (HRIS). This team's efforts ensure that: - Newly onboarded hires are productive on day 1 - Employee pay and benefits are administered correctly - Managers have an effortless experience when they need to transfer employees across the company or change any of their employment data - Employees are able to painlessly transition out of the company to pursue their next great career adventureAdditionally, my accountabilities include: - Lead, cultivate and inspire a team of 5 Solution Managers to bring their "A Game" every day, while creating a culture that breeds customer obsession for the benefit of our employees and partners - Technical strategy, roadmap and process framework for our Employee Data Mgmt suite of tools - SAP HR, Employee and Manger Self Service applications, HeadTrax, Me.Microsoft, WinShuttle, and Certify - V.Next benchmarking and solution design - Root cause analysis and business case creation for technical enhancements - ensuring appropriate ROI exists for ruthless prioritization of business funds - Supervise all business aspects of user acceptance testing, systems integration, technical deployment and change stabilization - Framework architecture, governance, results tracking, capacity planning and budget management ($1 million +) - Stakeholder engagement and management across our IT and Business leadership teams
