Temporary Position with Well Point, looking over Applications for Medicare Supplement, while connecting with applicants and brokers to receive information that is missing or wrong. Every day system use (Star, Ultera, Marx) along with making phone calls, faxing, email, mailing application.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the store to customers looking for bridal and formal wear. Assist in selecting merchandise, following up with brides and other customers, creating tasteful and interesting displays, scheduling appointments, and preparing gowns and tuxedos for rental and sales.
