Account Operations Manager
Current• Management, oversight and governance of the following Account Programs: • Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews • Joint Town Halls with client • Onboarding and Offboarding • Account Communications, including: Account Organization Chart, Monthly Newsletter, Weekly Communications, and Miscellaneous Communications to the Client & Account teams • Account SharePoint document organization, management and governance.• Tracking Critical Performance Indicators (CPI), MSA and SLA targets by organizing objectives, measuring and reporting progress in a timely manner.• Support event planning and management for Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Town Halls.• Interface, collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal account stakeholders.
