Used limited resources on-hand, including an empty cubicle, serving carts , etc. to bring reality to words read in the manual. Model enabled learners to visualize troubleshooting circuit breakers and power switches, passenger handling procedures and more. Led by example with a genuine, caring approach to customer service.
