Leading outreach and communication efforts for DoD transformational talent initiative, GigEagle. Currently in prototype under the Defense Innovation Unit, GigEalge is an AI-powered platform matching skilled talent to DoD needs in real-time.

Develops and executes Security Cooperation activities in 34 partner countries with a focus on capabilities development as an Individual Mobilization Augmentee (IMA) to USINDOPACOM/J55. Provides staff assistance and support to security cooperation organizations in 24 locations across the area of responsibility with more than 200 joint military and civilian personnel. Plans operations, activities, and investments in region with $108.5 billion in active Foreign Military Sales.

Served as Public Affairs advisor and strategic communications expert for AFRC senior leaders, commanders, and career field through the development of Public Affairs Guidance and communication plans. Assisted HQ AFRC Public Affairs leaders in force development, management, and training of more than 500 Reservists in PA career field.

Served as Public Affairs officer and advisor for Numbered Force comprised of 13 organizations and 12K Airmen. Developed and executed communication strategies and plans for two-star command. Advised and assisted unit Public Affairs teams across the country on local issues and aligned efforts with command and strategic messaging priorities.

Led team of 15 Reservists and civilians in full-spectrum communication efforts for multi-service installation with 5K members. Promoted base and Air Force Reserve missions through robust community and legislative relations programs as the sole military installation in metro Atlanta. Worked extensively with sister services and other government agencies to synchronize communication goals during multiple natural disaster and public health emergency relief efforts.

Implemented corporate communications and public relations strategies for Atlanta-based parent company owning Orkin USA and nine other pest control brands. Worked closely with PR agencies to develop and place content promoting brand awareness and supporting marketing initiatives. Managing editor for internal print magazine and lead social media manager for national brand.

Directed communication strategies for two operational wings and multiple tenant organizations comprised of 10K members. Led team of 20 Public Affairs professionals to accomplish communication objectives through command information, media relations, social media, and community engagement. Directed daily news coverage of high-tempo operations at Moody AFB and units in 20 locations across the U.S. Worked extensively with local and national media outlets, government, and civic organizations.

As acting deputy director, led team of 45 Public Affairs and multimedia professionals to fulfill communication objectives for U.S. Service Academy’s dynamic education and training mission. Synchronized internal and external communication efforts for academic, military, and athletic departments, to include the Air Force’s largest public visitor site. Led tours for senior officials and international guests. As chief of internal information, managed fast-paced news coverage and content for the Air Force’s second-most-visited public website, newspaper, and social media sites, serving a 22K internal audience. Hands-on team lead of five, including writers, photographers, and design specialist.
