Served as Public Affairs advisor and strategic communications expert for AFRC senior leaders, commanders, and career field through the development of Public Affairs Guidance and communication plans. Assisted HQ AFRC Public Affairs leaders in force development, management, and training of more than 500 Reservists in PA career field.

Served as Public Affairs officer and advisor for Numbered Force comprised of 13 organizations and 12K Airmen. Developed and executed communication strategies and plans for two-star command. Advised and assisted unit Public Affairs teams across the country on local issues and aligned efforts with command and strategic messaging priorities.

Led team of 15 Reservists and civilians in full-spectrum communication efforts for multi-service installation with 5K members. Promoted base and Air Force Reserve missions through robust community and legislative relations programs as the sole military installation in metro Atlanta. Worked extensively with sister services and other government agencies to synchronize communication goals during multiple natural disaster and public health emergency relief efforts.

As acting deputy director, led team of 45 Public Affairs and multimedia professionals to fulfill communication objectives for U.S. Service Academy’s dynamic education and training mission. Synchronized internal and external communication efforts for academic, military, and athletic departments, to include the Air Force’s largest public visitor site. Led tours for senior officials and international guests. As chief of internal information, managed fast-paced news coverage and content for the Air Force’s second-most-visited public website, newspaper, and social media sites, serving a 22K internal audience.
