Responsible for new business development, sourcing, assessment and cultivation of diverse database of candidates, ranging from mid-level management to top-level executives across a spectrum of industries. Through extensive networking, cold calling and relationship development, there was a continuous outreach to networks of industry contacts within Hawaii’s business community, to cultivate relationships and networks of both businesses and candidates.

Responsible for management and development of four critical areas in the Advertising department for the largest media company in Hawaii – to include Niche Publications, Commercial Printing, Advertising Operations and Advertising Traffic. The management of the four areas of responsibility includes a team of two Sales Assistants, four Advertising Traffic Support Clerks and coordination of daily operations of 14 Sales Managers and 50 Sales Representatives for Niche and Commercial Publications.
