Being the Marketing Manager at Keller Logistics Group encompasses a wide range of marketing activities for the company along with the 5 affiliate companies: Keller Trucking, Keller Freight Solutions, Keller Warehousing & Distribution, Keller Packaging, and Hydrofresh HPP. Additionally, I serve as the project manager for our corporate philanthropy, Operation K.A.V.I.C. (Keller Assists Veterans In Crisis) where we raise funds annually for veterans in Defiance County that are enduring financial hardships. Primarily, my responsibilities include: content management across all marketing channels (website, blog, email, etc.,) demand generation, marketing campaign management, market research, and CRM & Marketing Automation tool power user.

As the Marketing and Sales Coordinator I've been responsible for a wide variety of marketing and sales functions. Primarily, my focus in generating leads and conversions through inbound efforts such as content marketing, social media marketing, and website content creation and updates for Keller Logistics Group and it's logistics affiliates. With the addition of Hydrofresh HPP, I manage all marketing responsibilities for our newest affiliate. To help align Sales and Marketing, I am the CRM administrator providing reporting on the sales pipeline, website lead tracking, and ensuring accurate data to support our marketing automation efforts. Since it's creation in 2015, I've assume the Project Management role for Keller Logistics Group's philanthropy, Operation KAVIC (Keller Assists Veterans in Crisis) working directly with the veterans organizations in Defiance County to increase awareness of the program and plan the annual fundraiser.Previous duties while under the same title include: publishing the company monthly newsletter, coordinating sales training internally & externally, employee engagement programs, creating marketing materials for distribution by sales team, website updates, coordinating social media strategy for both Keller Logistics Group and Keller Trucking, and a little bit of Driver Recruiting.

My time as an AVP expanding my working knowledge and experience in world of Marketing and Sales and how they aligned. Responsible for maintaining and creating reports using the MCIF, promotional items to coordinate the marketing campaigns, event planning for customers along with internal events, coordinated the introduction of Team Wear for the front line staff along with data management for the CRM, analysis on campaigns and social strategy.

As the Marketing Assistant at State Bank I was able to jump in to the Marketing field with both feet! With hands on experience in all aspects of marketing. With the two-person marketing team we developed and implemented campaigns targeted at many different segments for the bank, maintained social strategy along with updating the website, provided analytics on campaigns as compared to goals and was responsible for the customer relationship management reporting. Additionally, in the spring of 2013, I was able to play an integral role in the rebranding of the company and holding company.
