I have been with Ford Motor Company in various roles for the past 11+ years. I have had a variety of experiences which have furthered my career growth in ways I could never have imagined. From starting fresh out of college at a supervisor of union employees in a warehouse to know managing my own team and leading key initiatives for the accessory department I have a variety of skills I lean on to be successful. As a mother of a toddler and soon to be new-born, I value family-life balance within my job and help others to do the same. With the ever-expanding work-from-home force this balance is becoming harder and harder for some and I strive to encourage others to set clear boundaries between work and home-life. I love to learn and strive to add value to everything I do both at home and work.
