In my years of experience and different positions within Kroger, I have learned a lot about customer service and problem solving. I have spent most of my time as a cashier, working to improve efficiency and accuracy in the check-out process. The fast-paced environment forces me to think on my feet and make quick decisions that balance the needs of the company, yet satisfy the wants of customers. Every day is different, but I can always count on the regulars that return to my checkout line in order to see a familiar, smiling face. During my time as a customer service associate at Planet Smoothie, I operated the register and took orders verbally and over the phone, prepared food orders and drinks for over 200 customers a shift, and maintained sanitation of food prep stations, register area, and stock room.
