• Perform reservoir engineering evaluations of exploration and business development opportunities. Develop conceptual development plans and economic evaluations for existing assets and new ventures. • Responsible for production and optimization of 147 Eagle Ford Shale wells, including flow back operations and choke management of new wells, evaluating and prioritizing artificial lift work overs, downhole chemical program selection, and coordinating field tasks with the operations team.• Responsible for asset field development plan, including well selection, location, spacing, and zone targets, type curve analysis and development, surface infrastructure requirements, and third party sales forecasting.

• Managed production optimization of 130 Eagle Ford Shale artificially lifted wells, including artificial lift selection and design of gas lift, jet pump, plunger lift, and rod pump wells. • Responsible for working with well work engineer and reservoir engineers to develop optimized and cost efficient design on failed wells• Led a field wide study on downhole corrosion inhibition that linked surface and subsurface studies to identify where future failures would be present and tailor pigging and batch treatments programs per area. Study led to the removal of downhole capillary strings, $20K per install savings, and implement of a new chemical that reduced chemical costs by 70% $/BOE. • Managed the HAZOP, instrumentation and electrification drawing updates, and bid package for the flowing and rod pump well head set ups, resulting in 40% savings per install.

• Responsible for the engineering design, procurement, and construction of two central processing facilities. Managed a $22MM budget and brought both facilities in as company pace setters for both construction days and costs.• Responsible for $33 MM in CAPEX for the engineering design, procurement and construction of 35 miles of three phase pipeline in the EFS.• Managed interface between package vendors, design consultants, construction foreman and operations to accomplish stated goals.
