• Produce Shop Drawings of plans, elevations, sections and details using Cabinet Vision AutoCAD software for Project Submittals and Shop Drawings.• Work with Commercial team to coordinate drawings to customer’s specifications.• Assist Project Management with changes and additions to Shop Drawings as needed.• Document, organize and maintain Shop Drawings.• Proactively communicate with other departments regarding scope and scheduling.• Generate final production documentation for new orders, including final production drawings, final BOM, and shop routings. Identify and assign part numbers for finished goods, sub-assemblies, and raw materials. Enter data into business software to support production, management, and financial needs. • Work with vendors to assess procurement costs for bid opportunities.• Periodic construction site visits to assist Project Management with Job Meetings and field measuring.• Work with management to assess current and future workload to determine the best opportunities to pursue based on margin and timing capabilities.• Work with the Production and Sales Department to insure Change Orders to engineering drawings, BOMs, Sales Orders and routers are properly documented, completed, and billed.• Participate and report project status in daily and weekly production meetings.• Develop and refined streamlined processes to track and process Case Goods inventory after Production to insure accuracy of inventories and invoices.• Support Sales, Production and Project Management in all activities as needed.• Participate in and contribute to corporate continuous improvement programs.
