Responsibilities included handling all calendar scheduling for partners, candidates, and clients; preparing progress update reports; drafting position specifications; and management of expenses for partners and candidates.

Philanthropic Advisors was the back office for family foundations. As the foundation and grants administrator, I managed the grants tracking database (inquires, proposals, grants, contracts), generated internal and family reports (grant activity reports, payments, pay-outs); drafted/issued/monitored grant agreements and payments; coordinated overall administrative support for our families; conducted topical research and developed educational material on same; identified funding opportunities; assisted with the RFP process (drafting responses, evaluating proposals, and communicating with the non-profits asking for help); and monitored grant organizations’ use of funds.
