I have worked with practices to ensure faithful companions start feeling better! In addition to helping sick pets regain optimum overall health, I also feel that helping more patients help generate better growth and strength on every aspect of the spectrum. I help to utilize veterinary team's efficiently and productively while encouraging a positive and fun working environment. Since joining the field it has been my pleasure to train dozens of technicians, as well as strengthen teams to operate on optimum hospital capacity so they are ready and prepared to function at their highest level of patients and beyond. I provide a proactive approach to inspire team members to work in unity and to function to their utmost ability. In addition to my unitive approach within training technicians as well client care staff, I extend my efforts to pet parent retention as well as building new clientele through pristine communication, client education while reducing resistance and increasing compliance through innovation.
