Led the Eightfold.ai engagement for over 2 years. Responsibilities included: full lifecycle recruiting with requisition load ranging from 15-30 positions, project management, team leadership, resource allocation, escalations, client contact, coaching, mentorship, and TA strategy.

Clients included: Amazon, Ansys, Behavox, and Eightfold.ai.

• Owned Call Center Operations recruiting, supporting high volume recruiting for 8 Call Centers across 4 states using Workday.• Created pilot process for streamlining CCO hiring, condensing the hiring process and extending offers over the phone to fill classes.• Created and presented a Sourcing Strategy project to the Global Talent Acquisition team during an All Hands Meeting.
