Provide accounts, products and services to our CRE customers nationwide; report directly to the VP of Treasury Services within Commercial Real Estate-Manage a regional team of 11 Treasury Service Associates who support the 6 Commercial Real Estate offices across the Northeast-Travel regularly to each office location to develop and cultivate internal partnerships-Work to enhance efficiencies within CRE and decrease our time to revenue by improving processes to open/close accounts, add products and services, and maitenance accounts-Review and approve any new account requests, wire transfers, certified check requests to ensure accuracy prior to implementation-Ensure all Wholesale and CRE compliance requirements are met and promptly work with auditors upon request-Attend senior management meetings within CRE-Hold biweekly meetings with my team to promote cohesion and communication-Work closely with Treasury Management Sales team and other internal partners to provide exceptional customer service-Project management

-Managed a team of Relationship Associates who supported the Hospitality Finance Group, which is 1 of 6 lines of business in Commercial Real Estate focused on lending to leading hotel owners nationwide-Held weekly team meetings to develop and maintain communication and review upcoming loan pipeline-Provided feedback and support to team members daily and stepped in to help resolve escalated laon and TM issues-Managed all required reporting and miscellaneous projects in a timely manner-Reviewed and approved RA and compliance checklists and Treasury Management compliance checklists to ensure all CRE policies and procedures were met-Maintained data integrity pursuant to the guidelines within CRE and Wholesale Banking-Worked closely with customers to expedite a seamless and smooth loan closing-As a Relationship Support Manager, I also performed all Relationship Associate functions for a full portfolio of loans and accounts

-Coordinated the booking and funding of Commercial Real Estate loans-Facilitated discussion meetings between the closing team and the Loan Center-Coordinated the collection of due diligence information-Ordered and confirmed insurance, UCC searches, flood certificates, appraisal services, and tax contracts-Completed all compliance in accordance with CRE and Wholesale policies and procedures-Coordinated opening and closing of accounts-Monitored and resolved ledger and overdraft activity-Initiated wire requests-Single point of contact for the customer-Identified cross-sell opportunites-Validated accuracy of loan booking information-Provided training and backup to peers as necessary

-Managed a list of 200+ customers and dealers to retrieve executed confirmations, resolve any economic or non-economic discrepancies, and verify trade details-Built expertise on a variety of financial products such as swaps, options, rate caps/floors/collars, FX transactions-Worked closely with markets, traders, and legal to support many areas of the bank
