The Director of Academic Programs reports to the Head of School, and manages all curricular activities on campus. From large scale test administrations, to grade reports, and creating schedules; my team is always seeking more efficient methods to complete our job responsibilities.

I manage customer support via internal ticketing systems and provide system administration and QA for quarterly code deploys to our custom Inquiry Application.

Worked for 3 years as an advisor and 3 years as a Team Supervisor for advisors in the National Resource Center: the admissions support center for CRC Health Group. Managed a team of direct reports, and reported to the Senior Manager and Director of the department.The National Resource Center assists families and clients directly in locating short and long term therapeutic programs for their loved ones in crisis. Our advisors are passionate about helping families find solutions in seemingly insurmountable circumstances.

I worked at almost all of the Camera Cinemas, starting at the Los Gatos Cinema, graduating to the Towne Theatre and Cameras One and Three in San Jose. I spent my days assisting customers, popping popcorn, selling tickets, projecting film, and defending indie and foreign film.
