FILMRAISER, a fundraising program for primary school and other community non-profit organizations; connects schools with advanced screenings of studio films to use as fundraising events Build salesforce database to include 6,000+ schools ranging from elementary to college ● Point of contact for all communications with PTA members, school administrators, teachers, parents, students, college fraternity boards and national fraternity members ● Collaborate with founder to solve fundraising operations, including online solutions for donations, text-to-donate and cash ● Work directly with schools to solve problems within Filmraiser program ● Organize simultaneous screenings in multiple U.S. locations from start to finish; tasks include: encouraging and monitoring tickets sales between schools, distribution of digital materials, tracking and distribution of hundreds of tickets, and point of contact for day of event ● Contact with Regal Theaters to ensure timelines are met ● Manage interns to help build database

Established annual fundraising event that more than doubled the funds raised and donated to Children's Hospital Los Angeles in each of the four years the event was held, ultimately donating over $20,000 to that organization. Conducted outreach to community businesses for sponsorship. Received donations from celebrities and stylists. Manages guest lists and recruited celebrities for guest appearances.

Created and executed concepts for celebrity photo shoots, including ultimate day-of responsibility for production.
