Personal Assistant for the Group Director of Information Innovation (Primary Health Care), CEO (Medical Director) and Manager for Reception (Medical Director). Role includes complete diary and inbox management for the Group Director, calendar management for the CEO and ensuring all aspects of the office management and processes run smoothly.

Provide Executive Administrative Assistance to the Director of Academic and Student Services. Diary and email management, travel coordination for internal and external stakeholders, complete meeting management and efficient assistance as required by the Director of Academic and Student Services.

As administration officer the main focus was on customer service, ensuring that the enrolment process for prospective students was smooth and that any concerns were promptly addressed. I provided continued support for students post-enrolment and as required to ensure the quality of the student experience from an administrations standpoint. Among others, I was responsible for documentation required by government authorities such as for Centrelink and I provided support for International Students with VISA requirements (eCoE, Health Cover, Correct authority contact details).

As the receptionist I was the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors, providing high level of customer service.

Provided complete office assistance including first point of client contact, maintaining stationary stock levels, coordinating accounts payable/receivable (MYOB) and complete comprehensive support to company proprietors.

Complete suit of retail duties including, 3 years customer service, stock management, staff training.
