Startup 2days developed an app to find out the best things to do for today, tomorrow and the weekend in Amsterdam. I kept working at 2days after finishing my thesis, continued my role as head of marketing and communications in a team of six (2x co-founder, developer, content manager and his intern).- Responsible for the company’s external communication. Designed a consistent tone of voice- Responsible for managing all social media channels and blog, plus the general social media strategy - Responsible for customer support (ticketing, feedback, help)- Responsible for on-brand communication (concepts and execution) in offline and online campaigns- Assessed and approached opportunities for content partnerships - Designed and implemented the (creative) PR strategy during Uprise Startup Festival - Assisted the general management and content team with issues and tasks

Startup 2days developed an app to find out the best things to do for today, tomorrow and the weekend in Amsterdam. I wrote my thesis while being a fulltime team member -for specifications, see above.Subject thesis: How to influence the target audience to download and reuse the 2days app. Brought i.a. the theory of Cialdini and the Hook Model of Eyal et al. together and developed a new model for stimulating downloads and reuse of applications in general. Came up with a practical advise, based on interviews how to implement my own model for 2days. Grade: 8/10
