I was an entrepreneur within the company where I had the freedom to create a new concept within the company which suited the several natural cemetaries they have with their own unique selling points.At every natural cemetary I got the changce to build up the gatherings before and after the ceremony. I did this from scratch and had to write my own businessplan and create a new concept which suited Natuurbegraven Nederland. People feeling free in their chooses in a long timelaps so there is no pressure on the day of the ceremony. Making every gathering and ceremony special like everyone is a unique person who is buried there.Because of my free role within the company I was able to build up every aspect of the gathering and create a team around it who could do the work so I could go to the next natural cemetary. The lovely thing about this is that every natural cemetary has it's own environment and people living there. So every time it was exciting to start over because it was a new natural cemetary with it's own unique selling points that I got to exploire and translate into an unforgatable goodbye (experience).I put coaching and leadership into work to create and flourish. It was something that was there in every aspect to make sure that building up new natural cemetaries would excell, and run existing natural cemetaries smoothly. Therefore I am able to coach on a indivual level and on a team level. It is important that employees feel good at their job individally and as a team because guest feel that right away. Making sure that employees individually and in teams flourish is good for the happiness at work and in the end good for the company which results in more revenue.

    At the Efteling I was working as a Teammanager where I was responsable for a team within the amusement park in the F&B section. I started at 't Poffertje and 't Witte Paard where I was responsable for 120 employees of all ages together with my partner. Together with my partner we created a new team which was at first devided over two restaurants. We were able to let people grow into their strength. After two years I went to a different side of the parc where I was responsable for 60 employees at de Octopus and Dwarrelplein. Here I was able to make a better connection between two locations which were apart from each other. Making sure that collegues helped each other to create an unforgatable expierence with the right revenue.I was able to translate the Efteling vision into goals for the employees. Make sure that all guest were enchanted by the employees to have a wonderfull experience. To get there coaching and being a leader was very important. Therefore I needed to be able to adapt to all sorts of levels within the company. Implementing new directions and make sure that everyone in the team was on board is one of the things I loved most. As a teammanager I love to make employees see their work as their passion. If there is not a passion within the job I would help them to find it in a different direction within the Efteling or outside the Efteling. Targets and enchanting guest go hand in hand and was always a lovely challange to bring those two together. Being creative in getting there by letting the employees think and be involved in the process at all times. By making all the employees the center of the work I was able to get employees happy at work and a high guest sattisfaction.In every aspect within the teammanagers job coaching and leadership were in order. Knowing your way within the company and make sure that all departments helped me getting to my goals together with my team.

Next to being a Personal Assistant and a recruiter I was responsable for all the finances within the comapany and made sure that the owner was always well informed.
