As an ESG Advisor, I am responsible for developing and implementing the Environmental, Social and Governance policy within Aon Netherlands. I am also involved in identifying sustainability risks and opportunities and providing advice on the measures to be taken.The most important projects I am responsible for are:1. Net Zero 2030Within this project I am the connecting role between various departments to develop the strategy and initiatives to work CO2 neutral by 2030. For example, you can think of reducing and optimizing waste flows and lowering energy consumption. I am also responsible for internal communication about these initiatives and activating and involving internal stakeholders.2. Diversity, equality and inclusionI am responsible for developing the strategy and initiatives in the field of diversity, equality and inclusion. Part of this involves organizing internal dialogue sessions, collecting and monitoring diversity data, setting up and providing training and informing and increasing awareness among colleagues. In addition, I support the setting up of employee networks that are committed to the equality of all colleagues.

As Client Coordinator at the Aon Global Client Network (AGCN), I was responsible for supporting international insurance programs of our multinational clients and the local insurance needs of their local entities. This included working with AGCN colleagues around the world to ensure that international programs were relevant to the local market and maintaining customer relationships with local entities.

In addition, I am involved in internal communication about our partners, recruiting new volunteers and support with colleague requests for donations to charities.

Ik heb bij Werqdag de kans gekregen om een deel uit te maken van een exclusief team dat hielp bij het verbeteren van het bedrijf. Wij waren de "ogen en oren" op de werkvloer en informeerde de directeur over wat er speelde bij de werknemers. Onze taken varieerde van het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers tot het verzamelen van feedback bij opdrachtgevers. Hierdoor was ik zowel voor medewerkers als voor opdrachtgevers een aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en kreeg ik vaak de leiding tijdens evenementen.Eens in de maand kwamen we met het hele team en de directeur samen om alle informatie te bespreken en hiermee te kijken naar manieren om het bedrijf te verbeteren.
