As a part of my extensive role at ICML, I designed and set up an online learning platform that is used for online and classroom training, I supported customers with their training queries, and helped expand our client network while building long-term relationships with them.

Working at Kunskapsskolan allowed me to grow and use my skills in educational design and consultancy. My daily work routine involved different tasks. To name a few, these entailed: - Collaborating with and advising content developers and cluster managers regarding the design and development of our digital curriculum and assessment; - Evaluating and enhancing existing content to ensure the quality and validity of the materials;- Organizing and facilitating workshops experiences regarding training and support for the content team; and more.

As a social worker, my work entailed supporting and guiding people with physycal and/or psychological/cognitive difficulties. Flexibility was a must, as I worked day-evening- and night shifts, but also because every day was different. People never responded the same way due to their psychological/cognitive difficulties. Important skills that I've learned during my study, internships and work as a social worker, are- clear, empathic, pragmatic communication skills;- active listening;- respectful, congruent and equivalent attitude;- teamwork and cooperation;- self-awareness;- a lot of patience, and;- professional behavior.
