As a voluntary "citizen first responder" I receive CPR calls of casualties that happen in my neighborhood, to which I can respond to provide the necessary help until paramedics arrive.

Flex Pool Registered Nurse (location VUmc)As a flex pool nurse I am employed at different specialty wards depending on where the need is greatest. When a shift is scheduled, I hear the night before on which ward the shift will be. This allows to me to challenge my own flexibility and expand my clinical experience as a nurse.
