I'm testing the natural colors we make for food, drinks, etc are ok.for example strength, pH, sugar content, and viscosity. Analyze colors durability, and at what temperature they keep the best.For the past 5,5 years I have also been EHS-R for our lab and administration section, and I have been supporting, the production section, for almost 3 years.I do a lot of work in SAP, and heading towards being SAP superuser.So all in all I fill alot of different roles in my current position.

Analysed cow and sheep brains for BSE. Looked after Trichinella in for example pig and horse meat, and tested boar fat skatole.
