In addition to my HR responsibilities, I have assumed the role of overseeing external relations.My involvement in External Relations encompasses managing press, fostering partnerships with governmental entities, and facilitating collaborations with external stakeholders.

BCC Event is a Christian event foundation that’s currently responsible for between 13 and 17 yearly events for approximately 100 000 participants in total. The BCC Event foundation was established 1st of January 2022 and has currently over 70 employees. In BCC Event I’m responsible for the complete HR delivery on both an operational and strategic level. In this past year have I built up processes and tools for speedy and compliant HR administration, been involved in the restructuring of the organization, recruited new team members and advised employees and managers in a broad range of cases. I have taken a data-driven approach to the initiatives that have been implemented by identifying our challenges, setting in action according to needs, and then measuring the effects. To give a example have we seen a growing sense of empowerment to fulfill role responsibilities in our team, with initiatives such as a learning/development program, improvement of role clarity and interfaces, and setting off dedicated time to be given coaching sessions by managers. I’m a member of the management team.

My responsibilities included creating employee contracts, managing on- and off-boarding, administrating the employee data systems, and involvement in larger HR- and integration projects for the Nordic cluster, which at that time consisted of over 2000 employees across Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

Alstom is a large global competitor that delivers innovative, safe, and sustainable technology to the transportation sector.In this role, it was my responsibility to find the right people - both in recruitments in ongoing projects, as well as organization staffing for three large tenders (two of which were won). I was also involved in other HR-related projects and tasks such as mentor programs, employer surveys, and on- and offboarding. During this year did Alstom acquire Bombardier, which globally meant a doubling of the company size, but for us, in the Nordic cluster, this meant an increase from about 500 to over 2000 employees. I worked closely with the HR director for Nordics & Russia and other key stakeholders to support the alignment of processes.

Adecco was at the time Norway's market leader in staffing and recruitment. I worked in the specialist department, Finance & Office, and as one of the two very first Norwegian searchers in the company, I took part in creating and developing the processes and shaping the responsibility for the searcher role.

Atea is a large IT company that originated in Norway. Atea's focus areas are smart cities, school technology, and welfare technology.I worked in the HR department where I was involved in all kinds of ad hoc tasks, but where my focus mainly was on learning and development. My job included course coordination and optimizing the use of learning modules on Atea's nano learning platform, Motimate. I also contributed in a large competence mapping project in the company.

Oslofjord is one of the largest conference destinations in Europe. They were host for a great range of events, and as a receptionist were I adaptable and able to perform a high level of service, even under sometimes challenging circumstances. I was also given the opportunity to assist the HR department and led multiple hiring processes independently.

Nesco is a Norwegian online store that offers specialized products in the health and wellness field. As a Key Account Manager, I built good relationships with my customer portfolio, which consisted of everything from large national chains to small independent retailers.

Aktivitetsklubben is a non-profit organization working to offer children meaningful leisure activities.I was involved in several projects, one of which was to create a new software system for our members. In addition, was I responsible for newsletters, social media, and websites.I was a board member from august 2017 until august 2019.

BrunstadShop was a niche online- and pop-up store that offered literature and multimedia products.I was responsible for everything from operations, marketing, staff, and sales figures.I received a certificate in sales (fagbrev i salg) from this work experience.

Fresh Fitness was at the time the fastest growing fitness center in Norway. My team and I turned many dissatisfied customers into loyal and pleased customers and that resulted in the award as the best overall fitness center in Norway (2015).

Fredrik & Louisa is a perfume chain that offers luxurious products. This was my first «real job» and I learned the value of great customer service.
