Alstom is a large global competitor that delivers innovative, safe, and sustainable technology to the transportation sector.In this role, it was my responsibility to find the right people - both in recruitments in ongoing projects, as well as organization staffing for three large tenders (two of which were won). I was also involved in other HR-related projects and tasks such as mentor programs, employer surveys, and on- and offboarding. During this year did Alstom acquire Bombardier, which globally meant a doubling of the company size, but for us, in the Nordic cluster, this meant an increase from about 500 to over 2000 employees. I worked closely with the HR director for Nordics & Russia and other key stakeholders to support the alignment of processes.
