I'm responsible for delivering best practice recruitment across the Corporate functions of Fletcher Building including IT/Technology, Corporate Finance (incl Treasury & Risk, Tax, Compliance, Assurance, Group Performance, Financial Control, Payroll, AP), Strategy & Development, Innovation & Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety, HR (People & Performance) and Legal. I lead the Corporate Recruitment function and have people management responsibility of the team.

I work closely with the Talent Acquisition's teams across the Fletcher Building group. I'm responsible for the development and implementation of Fletcher Building's employment brand strategies to develop sustainable strategic talent pipelines. Leveraging market insights and best practice sourcing channels to proactively acquire and retain top talent. With expertise in brand, strategic sourcing and social recruiting my role is critical in developing internal sourcing capability and an everyday talent mind set within Fletcher Building.I'm responsible for managing Fletcher Building's recruitment brand and marketing assets, such as the Careers website, our Employee Referral Programme, advertising templates and tools, and social channels. This includes sourcing and creating content for these channels and specific marketing campaigns e.g. Grads & Interns. I also manage the relationship FB has with job boards like SEEK and TradeMe Jobs.An Employment Brand role at Fletcher Building is challenging, complex and rewarding.
