Consulting contract established with the company BLIP.AI for a project to build a new Data Governance area, with the objective of establishing solid and robust Data Governance and Security processes and policies.The project consisted of:- Building a new Data Governance and Data Security area- Strategically planning the area and building a solid and realistic roadmap of the area's main capabilities, in a 12-month horizon window.- Mapping Profiles/Skills of the multidisciplinary Team, which would be responsible for generating and maintaining the main capabilities: Data Quality, Data Temperature, Data Observability, Data Catalog, Data Access Control, Data Security & Quality Policies.- Governing data assets in the range of 6 billion daily events, ~4.5 Petabytes under management with +2 trillion data in the Lake.- Establishing weekly vulnerability scanning processes in the Data Lake, with an action plan for mitigation in partnership with the Information Security and Data Platform teams.- Monitor the federated Governance committee, among the domains, guide, guide and approve data governance and security policies and regulations.- Build Cockpits with the main operational and financial indicators/metrics of the Data & Analytics area, with monitoring of Cloud costs and weekly reports on opportunities for Cost Saving.- Establish public access to the main operational indicators of the area, such as: Data Temperature, % adherence of cataloged data, % adoption of domains to DataMesh, Quality Seal, among other relevant indicators of the area.
