At Senfonico, I was fortunate to be a part of the team to have won Netflix as our early clients. With Netflix, I was able to take part in many ground breaking creative campaigns, as Netflix Turkey was invested in expanding its Turkish audience and social engagement. I worked on brand comms, content and campaigns, along with title campaigns for Narcos, Black Mirror, Bright and such.With Turkish F&B giant Ülker, I had the opportunity to turn data on Turkish household spending and female buying behavior into creative experiences on social media, community management and web. Testing content with custom built macros and KPIs, we were able to monitor the performance of content, communication channels and campaigns and strategize for our moves to come.Caffe Nero, whom I had the chance to work with four and a half years (both at Attitude&Senfonico), me and my team created brand's positioning from scratch and planned content, community management and creative campaigns around our newly built strategy. I conducted online&offline campaigns for specific target audiences within Caffe Nero's global and local reach. "Blue Hour", the campaign targeting college students pulling all nighters during finals, was shortlisted at Effie Turkey and Caffe Nero's sales for that 10-day week period hit around 400% increase.Fiba Commercial Properties' all digital&offline communication efforts including social, web and trade fairs were included in my responsibilities.Last but not least, during my time at Senfonico, I was able to invest in conducting development and mobile projects for various clients.

My time at AIG was when I learned the principles of marketing and campaign management, stepped up my copywriting skills and tapped consumer data to create creative experiences for the first time. Deren Karaca, Marketing Manager at the time, was a huge influence over me with her knowledge in marketing and management skills.Responsible for all direct marketing activities such as telemarketing, sms-mms-wap marketing, search engine marketing, database management, market research, segmentation, product sequencing, customer satisfaction, incentive programs as well as campaign management and product management. Practicing of product management through new product launch, process watch and planning/selection of communication media.
