Throughout my more than 20 years work background, I had chances to experience different fields of Human Resources in different countries, industries and cultures. These challenging missions helped me to better understand the connection between business needs and human resources management philosophy. Moreover, my business assignments helped me to develop my skills like, driving the vision and change, redesigning the organization, creating engaged and committed company culture and fostering learning organization.
