Chief Human Capital Officer
CurrentIn my current position as Chief Human Capital Officer of NEQSOL Holding operating business in energy, telecom, technology and construction sectors , I am responsible for the central HR agenda to put in place HR systems, programs, policies and structure to support the Organizations' strategic ambitions with sustainable growth, group synergy and cultural alignment as part of the Holding Executive Team. Providing leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic objectives related to human resource development and partner with the top management to refine the HR strategies necessary to meet the NEQSOL Holding’s long-term goals such as; * Establishing center of excellence function developing common HR practices in leadership development, succession management, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, recruitment, to serve group companies in coordination with group company HR teams and design practical processes and systems; *Designing and evaluating group wide talent management and succession planning system to ensure key talents for short and long term organizational needs and leading executive level talent acquisition, leadership and career development activities accordingly, *Applying organizational and change management processes for the development of agile, synergetic and dynamic organization that aligns and inspires all Group Companies and individuals within NEQSOL, *Establishing a “Learning Organization” culture that supports and encourages personal development toward the competencies required for the company to achieve their goals in line with digital learning trends, *Support business strategies with managing areas of Public Relations, Enterprise IT, Admin services to create an engaging environment for our employees.
