As a Personal Financial Representative, it is my job to make sure that the Allstate customer is covered for all of their financial needs. Whether it be life insurance, long term care, college funding and planing for their retirement, I work with them to put together the right plan.

I worked with all my customer to make sure that all of their personal insurance needs were met. Auto, Home, Life and Annuity products. Here I also worked with large employers and generated strong relationships to offer my services with all their employees on a personalized basis. I worked with the newer sales representatives to help coach and guide them into a successful career.

I was responsable for all aspects of planning the social functions, where I was responsable for all purchases for and execution of the social parties. I ordered supplies, track expenses, hired entertainment, and handled all decorations.

I worked on the direct sales line. Handing service issues as well as helping people who self insure, determine the type of coverage that they needed. While there I also worked on the Health Care Reform initiative and dealt directly with the division of insurance on many instances.
