Customer Account Manager
Current- Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding customer business objectives and challenges to effectively support them.
- Collaborating with SpryPoint customers in reviewing new technology and utility processes.
- Coordinating with CSMs on customer success strategies aligned with company goals, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Reviewing customer feedback and ideas to the product team and across the organization.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process through sales, implementation, and customer service.
- Developing and managing reference processes and customer communication with Sales.
