Participated in the establishment of the Turn-around plan of the company and the redesign of the company’s supply-chain. responsible for the implementation of its IT aspects Initiate variety of IT applications projects (CRM, DW, Budget Control, HR)Initiate and participate in the implementation of a Data Warehouse solution for Inventory and Sales reporting and analysis. Enabled the daily reporting for this areas (comparing to weekly reporting prior to the implementation).

Manage a team of 8 systems analysts and project managers. Responsible for the global ERP system in the company. Setup and maintain the company ERP strategy and architecture. Project manager of a global ERP implementation in the US and Europe as part of a US Company acquisition: Initialization, budget planning and control, work plans, monitoring, steering and risks management of the project. This large scale project included migration of old ERP systems, sites merging and manufacturing lines transition from the US to Israel. Working relationships with executive management in Israel and the US. Helpdesk system implementation; Set up of a support organization and implementation of SLA methods.

Processes implementation in the operations division (Procurement, Inventory, Sales Administration and Manufacturing, Service). Specification and development of a service & support application. Specification and development of a Quality Control application. Specification and development of a Demo units tracking application. Bar-code technology implementation in the Warehouses.
