Develops, launches, and manages IACP’s annual convention, educational conferences, regional meetings, webinars, and other Academy events. Responsible for coordination of all Continuing Education programs offered and maintaining partnership with IACP’s ACPE accredited provider. Responsible for identifying prospective Corporate Partners and managing the overall program strategy and execution.Developed and implemented the company’s first policies and procedures manual governing IACP’s Corporate Partner Program resulting in a time-savings of 20% and achieving a 53% in annualized growth under my supervision.Monitor and track budget, registration, and housing for two annual meetings. Responsible for all aspects of event management, including site selection/contact negotiation, production of all meeting materials, development and execution of marketing campaign, and on-site management. Oversee all exhibitor and sponsor communications, sponsorship materials, and on-site management.Executed the first pharmacy association multi-organizational conference, the Educational Conference. Execute MOU agreements with IACP’s Affiliates and State Pharmacy Associations executives.Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors; negotiate and manage more than 50 contracts per year. Serve as IACP Education Committee Staff Liaison and work to achieve the committee's objectives to develop, implement and monitor the latest in Continuing Education program activities.
