More than 70,000 employees.Since my years as UX Lead in Meli, I’ve been leading the Loyalty team (Meli+)  made up of UX designers and content professionals from Argentina and Colombia. This are some of my taks: - Backlog planning- Compliance ensure with business KPIs through team planning and management of high-impact initiatives. - Participation in meets with stakeholders and the triad, providing insights and UX vision for decision making- UX process facilitation and follow up - UX quality of team deliverables responsibIlity- Talent hiring - One-to-one team career developmentI  work in a triad sharing a common goal: To transform the lives of millions of people in Latin America by democratizing commerce and payments.  We designed, among other things, the experience of the Prime subscription for Mercado Libre and Mercado Pago.

I co-designed the experience that users have with the Mercado Libre and Mercado Pago platforms with a focus on raising the quality of the content and the stories.

I did consultant and execution for different companies and technology agencies. Some of the services that I provided were: - Product design and content strategist- UX Writing for apps and sites- Leadership of UX and digital projects- Training and facilitation process for suitable teams 
Also, during my time as a freelancer, I founded hellopolar:  a network of interdisciplinary independent professionals. This network allowed me to assemble the ideal teams for each project.Clientes: Grey Argentina, Allianz Argentina, Grimoldi, UV Latam, KPMG, Leo Burnett, Hey dude AR.

I participated in the complete process of digital campaigns with the focus on content strategist. Some of my responsibilities : - Content strategy design- Strategy presentation to clients- Apps and website writing and edition - Interdisciplinary teams coordination to ensure execution qualitySome clients: Arcor Institucional, Rocklets, Cofler, Nuevos Arcor.

My role at the agency was focused on developing content strategies  for various digital formats and coordinating their implementation.
I collaborated on projects for mass consumption, entertainment and technology brands. Some clients: Mondelēz / Kraft Foods: Cerealitas - Alfajor Suchard. Laptv (LATAM): Moviecity, Moviecity Play, Cinecanal, Film Zone.

At Room 23 I joined the creative team with a role as digital writer and content editor. I worked for large mass consumption brands, designing and implementing strategies in digital media, also being in charge of monitoring and analyzing their impact.
