Merih Ozcan is partner and holds the position General Manager at ARTI Proje Ltd, an engineering and consulting company specialized mainly in marine, offshore and coastal engineering fields.His personal experience is on computational hydraulics, marine engineering and design of port and coastal structures. Based on this technical background, he has strengthened his project management skills by contributing to several projects as Project Manager, Modelling Team Leader or Technical Executive. Under these titles, he had the chance of working with national and international engineering groups, participated in project planning and management levels, gained experience in human resource management and project financial analysis.
