Working evening shifts at the Kat in de Wijngaert are always alone. Next to running the bar you deal with many different type of guests which enhances your power to deal with people.

As part of the Luster Committee for the student association for Hotelschool The Hague, we organised 8 events within a timeframe of 2 weeks and welcomed over 400 guests.

As a student at Hotelschool The Hague I decided to do my internship at Hotel Majestic in Barcelona. I came across different outlets as banqueting, roomservice, bar and ended up at the rooftop terrace. My internship was supposed to end in June, but the hotel offered me a job for the summer, which I took. I learnt the language quickly and even became host at the terrace for a few weeks welcoming the guests.

Brandend Zand is a bar catering up to 120 persons located in Westerland next eito a lake, which makes it a beach bar. It's where I obtained my first job and after doing the dishes I became waiter and bartender. In the meantime I moved to Amsterdam but I still work there so now and then.

Standrestaurant woest has been chosen as second best beach restaurant of the Netherlands in 2014 and I worked there for the summer. I started as bartender after which I was put in the position as waiter.

Hotel Glow is a small boutique facilitating 40 hotel rooms. I worked as a front office employee with the responsibility of working in the hotel without any supervision
