There might be a lot of challenges during the process, but it’s always so fulfilling when our products reach consumers.I’m open-minded, an active listener and always interested in finding the best possible solutions for the customer. A proactive contributor in projects, I possess a keen ability to see diverse perspectives. It’s important to be consistent and use my negotiating skills to achieve what’s been set as a target and to help drive our company forward. Eesti Pagar is the biggest bakery in Estonia, actively taking part in international food fairs to increase our client base and product awareness.
