As the Head of Creative Marketing Team my main role is to lead creative people in order toachive everyday goals and tasks. As a Marketing and Brand manager, my range of workwas perpetual, starting from coming up with creative ideas, managing everyday, marketingactivities and campaigns in both digital and offline media, writing marketing strategy as wellas monthly, weekly and daily plans and working side by side with different advertising andmedia agencies in Estonia, Finland and Sweden to achieve all that. This has resulted in several awards for the campaigns we have held in Estonia and Finland as well.Starting from 2015 I am also the chief editor of Tallink’s loyal customer program Club Onemagazine called “Avastaja” and have directed 15 numbers since I started. My tasks at Vatson advertising agency are very similar to the ones I had in Imagine AD.The key aspect about my experience in Vatson is the tremendous amount of know-how I’veacquired in coordinating and leading international projects. One of the clients in myportfolio is Triobet, whose campaigns I’ve coordinated in 3 countries (Estonia, Latvia andLithuania).Additionally, I’ve been working as a project manager on social media, utilizing varioussocial media channels and tools (including Google Analytics).My biggest campaign so far has been the charitable social campaign to support woundedEstonian soldiers – “Anname Au!” www.annameau.eeNotable clients under my management: Betsson Services Ltd (Triobet OÜ),MTÜ Mondo, Ministry of Defence.

Working as a project and account manager in advertising, I had a wide range of tasks,including leading a creative team, taking part in client meetings and briefings, creatingcampaign budgets, etc. Overall I was responsible for the whole campaign process fromselling the idea to billing and everything in between.
