International Tax Principal at UHY Advisors TX, LLC and Chair of Tax Special Interest Group for UHY Global, offering cross-border tax planning for start-ups and middle market companies. I inaugurated the International Tidbits series for UHY's NLS Express website newsletter and penned over 30 articles along with videos in English and Spanish for the TV series "Business in the Eye of the Storm." The Houston and Dallas offices of UHY were acquired by a competitor in December of 2014.

I was privileged to spend over two years as an aide to Representative Kevin Brady, 8th District of Texas, during his time as Chair of the Trade Subcommittee and as a member of the House Ways & Means Committee (of which he was Chairman from January of 2017 to January of 2019).

One was on Business Ethics and the other on Corporate Governance in a post-Sarbanes Oxley World. Wilton Park is a not-for-profit executive agency of the United Kingdom's Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Director of Americas Center in New York, NAFTA Center in Houston within the international tax practice. On August 2, 1997 as part of the nationwide celebration of KPMG's 100th birthday, I was privileged to sing the National Anthem for a Houston Astros baseball game (they won).

5 years in Los Angeles (entertainment and technology clients), 2 years in Paris (headed U.S. corporate tax practice). While working with majors as well as independent production companies in Los Angeles, I enjoyed learning the filmed entertainment business from the inside out, including attending the Cannes Film Festival in 1987 and receiving screen credit for tax planning. It was a very exciting time to be in international tax, especially helping U.S.-based technology companies take on the world. During my years in Paris, my office on the 6th floor of our building at Place Henri Bergson afforded inspiring views every day of the Opéra Garnier and the Eiffel Tower.
