I have roots deep in materials science and branches high in the vision of circular systems with regenerative contribution to the environment and people. My passion are the low- and high-tech innovations at the technical roots of circular economy. I work from the molecular to the systemic level for the transformation into regenerative circularity.I'm experienced in both R&D and activism for the green transition from academy, industry, startups, NGOs and consulting. My specialties include renewable materials, circular economy, life-cycle assessment, structural and functional materials, rheology, fundraising, interdisciplinary research, science communication, product development, project management, training, facilitation and coaching.My career centres around the transition towards a fully sustainable society functioning according to the principles of a regenerative circular economy. I am passionate about helping companies get together the data and the advanced materials they need to reach towards carbon neutrality. My favourite work activities are crunching numbers at the office and making magic in the lab.I am experienced in interdisciplinary R&D in the field of renewable materials and circular economy, in both academic and industrial settings. For example, I have worked on materials for energy production and storage, reinforcement of composite materials, biobased absorbents, as well as plant-based, biodegradable leather alternatives. I have extensive experience in fundraising from both private foundations and public grants, such as ministries and Horizon Europe.
