'It's all about people'* Master of business administration with a demonstrated history of working in the fields of IT, healthcare (training & systems), adult education and HR. * Experienced in managing HR operations, especially recruitment, onboarding, competence development & employment affairs. People and modern (& happy) worklife are my passions. I'm familiar with e-learning and modern ways of training and I have used several e-learning platforms as an admin (for example Moodle and Howspace). I also have a degree in pedagogy. * Skilled in project work (IT projects as well as general project work). I've had a major role in different information system projects. I'm also familiar with agile ways of working. During the time working with IT projects I have functioned as an admin for several systems and tested a lot (from admin & user perspective). I'm also experienced with service desk functions and creating user friendly instructions. * I'm used to working with different people and I get along well with them > I'm a team player and I have also been a team leader in different kinds of teams. In addition to working in leadership roles, I've been in roles where I have been supporting leaders in different organizations.* I have been working in different roles in several organisations since I graduated (2002) and in all the roles I have been dealing with customer relationships and customer service (both consumer & business).
