-Assisting in formulating standard/routine proposals in conjunction with team members and various functional groups.-Provide assistance in proposal writing for the organization.-Assisting in developing a budget and price estimate using standard models.-Generate ideas to make the business organization attractive to prospective clients and generate ideas to enable sales expansion.-Oversee customer service and ensure regular contact with clients to maintain company’s relationship with them.-Develop and customize business reports, ensuring they meet with client’s needs.-Provide support in marketing literature and brochure development.

-Assisting in developing project plans and in defining roles and responsibilities and the scope of work for each project-Drafting narratives tying project components together; packaging and assisting in presenting the proposal to the sponsoring agency-Communicating back to internal groups the outcome of the negotiations/proposals focusing on conveying the expectations set forth for each group (e.g., clear details, critical time frames, and expectations)-Collaborating with the operations and finance to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements -Make improvements of all components of proposals-Tracking and reporting on status of all proposal components-Supporting other business development team members as needed-Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team-Performing other duties as assigned-Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
