Member of the corporate Compensation & Benefits team, working as the GEO SPOC (Combined responsibilities of HR Business Partner and Compensation Specialist) for Netherlands, Germany & Czech Republic . Employee Base handled: 1000 to 1200.• In depth Analysis, Design, Implementation and Deployment of the annual increment/merit budgets.• Design bonus payouts for employees as well as compensation structure for promotions, role changes and onsite movements.• Ensure accurate reporting of salary averages , attrition analysis,benefits cost utilizations etc. to support corporate decision making related to merit budgets.• HR policy design and implementation• Compensation consultations to the Sales and Solutions Team for the purpose of bid management• Market benchmarking for Compensation and Benefits• Compliance - HR Lead for ensuring adherence to GDPR for all the HR processes of EU locations (Poland, Ireland, Czech & NL)• Global mobility - Manage secondments , assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR queries• Assist in the implementation of ERP systems for leave and attendance, payroll, performance management.• Payroll management
