Responsible for coordinating all digitalization project in IDBU HE, including communication with vendor and user, delivering project management, business analysis and solution for implementation of new system in timely manner

Responsible for delivering project management, business analysis and solution for implementation of new system in timely manner. Duties: • Develop detail implementation management plan• Track progress of the project against plan, managing periodic issue and risk related to project.• Provide application and technical expertise in system functions, setup and configuration.• Compare business requirement against standard and identify gaps, on-line processing, reporting and interfaces. • Build Go Live strategic, end user readiness assessment and change management process. • Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously.

Responsible for performing and analysing project cost status and liaise with other Stakeholder.• Handling activities associated with Premier Oil Business Support JDE system, including but not limited to preparation off Requisitions, Change Amendments for both Service and Material type of contract, and Service Reciepts upon receipt of proforma invoices received from Vendors/Contractors.• Follow up on routing approvals associated to Order Requests, Change Amendments and Service Receipts until all approvals are received in accordance with Company procedures.• Support and monitor project cost status is within SKKMIGAS, Corporate and JV Partner approved budget and AFE’s, including providing monthly overall cost report, analysis and forecast.• Preparing monthly Project Accrual, cash call and cost forecast and liaison with Finance Department and other departments as required. • Monitor usage of Company facilities by Contractor and prepare update list of back charges and supporting documents.• Assist in review and monitor Contractor proposal and execution of work, provide periodic cost update.

•Defining detail project planning or scope of work for Finance•Developing business process model for Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset)•Configuring JDEdwards system to be ready by end user and giving key user training.•Mapping current customer master data (Asset master, Customer master, Supplier master, Employee master) to JDEdwards master data file and upload to JDEdwards system by using JDE Inbound Interoperabillity•Transferring beginning balance Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable from old system to JDEdwards System•Build Technical specification for Customized Program or Report•Build Menu and Security Matrix for End User•Go Live process to perform and test final data conversion•Developing the standard key performance for analysis purposes.
