• Hire, Train, and Develop all internal employees to ensure they are aware of and comply with company procedures and regulations• Determine responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives• Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and revise policies in line with company directives• Provide marketing support to CEO, including, but not be limited to, the following: retail signs/ graphics, PowerPoint presentations, Info-graphics, Presentation boards, reports, event materials, proposals, etc• Responsible for the development of more efficient systems, reducing internal costs and improving and implementing new programs.

• Generating new customers bookings through qualifying, presenting and assisting in the closing of Calamp product sales• Develop and Strengthen Relationships with Automotive dealerships• Takes ownership of Southeast US region; build and assist dealers with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.• Keep dealers informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers• Develop and implement effective sales strategies• Hire and train, and lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts• Negotiate and close agreements with key decision makers• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities• Educate and train new and existing dealers on proven sales processes with the use of our programs

• Manage team using a consistent set of management routines to monitor and evaluate team performance against goal attainment.• Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees throughout their Enterprise career • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts• Liaise with Corporate accounts and Marketing departments to continue brand success• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction• Determine additional opportunities to cross-sell, up sell, and identify multi-branch prospects.
