As an HR Coordinator at the Food Bank of Western MA, I am deeply committed to supporting our mission of ending hunger in our community while ensuring the smooth operation of our internal teams. I am passionate about creating an inclusive, efficient, and compassionate work environment for both staff and volunteers. My role allows me to apply my strong skills in communication, organization, and customer service, ensuring that our team can focus on the important work we do every day.I am a Business Management major with the Isenberg School of Business at UMass Amherst, where I am gaining a solid foundation in leadership, strategy, and organizational dynamics. These academic insights complement my hands-on experience and help me effectively navigate the intersection of HR practices and nonprofit goals.In addition to my HR work, I pride myself on my ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, write clear and impactful communications, and maintain a high level of organizational efficiency. I'm not currently seeking new opportunities, as I am truly happy in my current role, but I am always open to connecting with others who share a passion for social impact, nonprofit work, and fostering positive workplace cultures.
