Sustainability Consultant within Risk Advisory Deloitte NL.I'm supporting organizations on their sustainability transformation programs:• Strategic Impact Assessments including measuring and valuating social, environmental and economic impacts for different organizations. Performing hot-spot analyses showing the biggest impacts for these firms.• Sustainability transformation assignments (e.g., (double) materiality analyses, KPIs formulation and roadmaps) for several large organizations in the Netherlands.• ESG assurance projects in several sectors such as energy and construction.• Raising awareness for Climate Anxiety and setting up the initiative together with Risk Advisory leadership to build more resilience.

The Internal Sustainability Team aims to engrain sustainability in the DNA of Deloitte. My experiences within the team:• Project management of the internal sustainability team of Deloitte NL. Supported the internal transition to a more responsible and sustainable operating model. I was tasked to engage Deloitte’s leadership and people along the way.• Project management of a sustainability project at the Dutch Caribbean, which focus on reforestation, restoring biodiversity, carbon off-setting and setting up an educational program.• Setting up a climate champions network to engrain sustainability within Deloitte NL. The network expands the dialogue around sustainability and makes sure sustainability becomes a self-regulating and on-going process.
