In 2016 my role focused 100% on community engagement and I have been actively involved with new and existing communities such as Barton Park in Oxford, and Trumpington Meadows in Cambridge. This has involved chairing and attending stakeholder meetings, organising and attending community events and sponsoring local groups and charities.I project managed the public consultation for Salt Cross (formerly Oxfordshire Garden Village) during 2017-2019 which consisted of several public drop-in sessions, meetings with local groups and residents, study tours with stakeholders, a 2 day design charrette, design code workshop with residents and management of the project website and communications.As well as my continued involvement with existing communities mentioned above, I am also currently working on a couple of bespoke projects on Bermondsey, Grosvenor's mixed-use regeneration project in London Borough of Southwark and starting early engagement on sites in Essex.

In 2009 my role changed to assisting and supporting the Strategic Land team with co-ordinating content for websites, project branding, marketing collateral, community engagement across all strategic land projects. I also project managed the extensive public art programme at Trumpington Meadows and the bespoke gateway at Parkside Place in Cambridge.

On joining Grosvenor in 1997, I first worked in the Retail Team which owned and asset managed 5 shopping centres within the Arkle Fund, namely the redevelopment of Festival Place, Basingstoke, Grosvenor Shopping Centre, Chester and the delivery of Liffey Valley, Dublin.From there I moved on to support the development team working on Liverpool One in Liverpool and in Cambridge Grand Arcade Shopping Centre and Trumpington Meadows.
