Sr. Business Process Officer
CurrentThe Business Process Consultants play a key role in developing FMO’s capability to deliver effective and efficient end-to-end processes that support strategic priorities, helps the business add value and meet the needs of customers and users. The Business Process Management (BPM) team works collaboratively across all departments and functions of FMO to improve the management and the process execution of core, steering and support processes, including the introduction of continuous process improvements to enhance efficiencies and assist FMO in meeting its strategic goals. In this role I have a leading role in the execution of integral and complex changes related to process and organizational improvements. Moving teams and the organization forward and let employees thrive in their ability to continuously improve their processes and workstreams.
