I am a National United Nations Volunteer Specialist and former Program Field Officer working as Field staff of United Nations Resident Coordinator Office (UNRCO) and United Nations Development Program previously. I am currently enrolled at the University of Liberia Graduate School to obtain Master's in Management, after obtaining Bachelor of Business degree in Administration and Management at the undergraduate level of the same University situated in Monrovia, Liberia.I have task prioritization skills and a solid background working in the United Nations system. Well-organized and able to multitask while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Proven office and personnel management skills with equal ability in lead and support roles. Competencies include teamwork or client orientation, document management, personnel support, report presentation, pride in work and in achievements, motivated by professional rather than personal concerns, persistence when faced with difficult problems or challenges, and remains calm in stressful situations.I am Gender Equality and Gender Mainstreaming Practitioner with over three years professional working experience in promoting Equality, particularly the fight to Eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls (EVAWG) with Gender Based Violence / Sexual and Gender Based Violence at the centre of the efforts, while promoting Women and Girls access to Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights.I have worked with Independent Human Right Groups, Government's Ministries, Agencies and Commissions (MAC), the Judiciary, NGOs/INGOs, Civil Society organizations (CSOs), Traditional and Religious leaders, Women and Youth Groups, Community of Persons with Disabilities (PWD), and the United Nations systems, through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and United Nations Resident Coordinator's Office (UNRCO) both in Liberia in an ongoing implementation of a global, multi-year partnership project between the European Union and the United Nations, referred to as; EU/UN Spotlight Initiative Programme, which is aimed at eliminating all forms of violence against women and girls. I understand and have ability in programmes that support the field implementation of the project. As a team lead, I consolidate monthly work plans, weekly reports and draw up Monitoring and Evaluation mechanisms from all field officers.
